Can you mount a TV to tile or rock?
Of course, we have the appropriate tools to mount to tile, brick, rock and other surfaces. Contact us for a free consultation.
Are you able to install a modem from my internet provider?
In most cases, yes. TDS, the parent company of Bend Broadband, requires that they install any modem that a phone line is connected to. This ensures the phone line works correctly for all calls, including emergency services.
Can you install cameras and doorbell systems?
Yes, we have installed wireless systems from companies like Blink, Arlo and Ring. We also have experience with wired systems, like Luma, which is Control4 certified.
Are you able to install smart home and automation devices?
We can assist with various household technologies including: lighting, garage door systems and security; from a wide array of companies.
Can you determine why my internet service seems so poor?
Yes, however it can be caused by a mixture of variables. Please contact us with more information, before scheduling an appointment.
Are you Licensed, Insured and Bonded?
Yes, we have excellent insurance through James Fleming of Country Financial Insurance. We are also Bonded and have a General Contractors License with Oregon, CCB#231436.
Can you install electrical outlets, or conceal electrical wire?
Unfortunately, we cannot. We may be able to assist you with a power extension kit, however, only Electricians, and home owners, are allowed to install electrical outlets, in homes.
Are you able to conceal audio, video and networking wires?
Absolutely, as long as the wires are rated for in wall concealment, we are able to assist. Please contact us for a free consultation.
Can you service my Control4 system?
Since Control4 will only certify a certain number of companies within a region. We work with Control4 certified technicians to update and modify your existing system, or to install Control4 for the first time.
Are you able to handle my entire purchase for me?
Certainly, regardless of products and availability through our vendors, we can always reach out to standard retailers, in order to make your experience as seamless and stress free as possible.
Can you troubleshoot my existing system?
Absolutely, we should be able to determine the cause of most Audio, Video, Networking and Household Automation problems. If it falls outside of our expertise, we can generally connect you with someone that can.
Are you able to speak Klingon or Wookie?
Although I love Star Wars, and also enjoy Star Trek, I have never picked up on any of the sci-fi linguistics. Live Long and Prosper!
